As it also contains Medhya drug like Ashwagandha, Brahmi and Mandukaparni. It is effective for brain and controls the Psychics disturbances happening due to gynecological and menstrual irregularities. It also contains Madhuk, Draksha and satawari, which are nutritious and general tonic. It also supplies the electrolytes. The natural iron content  in form kasish makes it heamatinic also.
